Our smoked tinned octopus brings you a taste of Alaska's wild bounty, infused with craft traditions and sealed in a can. Smoky, briny and succulent (pun definitely intended), this Giant Pacific Octopus harvested in the Bering Sea has been notably named by Monterey Bay Seafood Watch as a 'Best Choice' sustainable species. Caught by Dustan Dickerson on the F/V Raven Bay (home port: Dutch Harbor, Alaska).

- Ingredients: Octopus, salt, sugar, spices, alderwood smoke.
- Net weight 6 oz per can
- Shelf stable. Keeps 4-5 years unopened. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within one week.
- Serve it up with olive oil and lemon on crackers. Enjoy straight from the can!
