Their simple, quality ingredients can be counted on just one hand – wild Alaska sockeye salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs and spices. Each box contains 5 packages of 8 salmon cakes (40 cakes total). Just thaw overnight, pan fry in heated oil for 5 minutes each side, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
"I love wild alaskan sockeye salmon cakes so many ways but my favorite is to dredge them in panko bread crumbs and pan fry them for 5 minutes on each side. I serve them with a dipping sauce of mayonnaise, hot sauce, and a bit of lemon. Sticky rice with some bok choy is a great, healthy side to go with the cakes. They are great reheated as well!" - Jan Rumble of Rumblefish
Cakes should be cooked - they contain raw eggs with cooked salmon.
