Our team packs orders each Tuesday. Boxes ship out Wednesday morning via FedEx's Standard Overnight service. Delivery to your house is expected on Thursday.
Sample delicious wild fish from Alaska – Sockeye Salmon, Black Cod, & Pacific Cod – shipped straight to your door. Enjoy a variety of 10 or 20 pounds of delicious hand-filleted, flash-frozen vacuum-sealed fillets.
The wild seafood inside was harvested responsibly by small-scale fishermen in our pristine local waters of Cook Inlet, Alaska. We are so proud to bring 100% traceable, delicious, healthy wild fish from our community to your table.
Sushi-grade Sockeye Salmon: These vibrant, red-fleshed fish develop their fresh rich flavor swimming wild in the North Pacific Ocean and are also known as "red salmon" due to their firm rosy flesh perfect for grilling, broiling, sautéing, and smoking.
Wild Pacific Cod: This fish has a snowy white color, slightly sweet flavor and a firm and flakey texture that make it one of the highest qualities, most versatile and affordable fish from Alaskan waters. It’s also an extremely healthy, lean protein source, packed with essential nutrients while still being low in calories. Alaska Cod makes an excellent main dish as well as a perfect ingredient for tacos, chowders, rice dishes and fried fish.
Wild Black Cod: Alaska sablefish, also commonly known as black cod, is prized for its rich melt-in-your-mouth flavor and succulent, velvety texture. This flaky, velvety, intensely flavorful whitefish is difficult to overcook and takes well to marinades and sauces and smoking.

- Our portions contain bones. Most Alaskans will either use kitchen tweezers to individually remove each bone, a knife to cut out a small bit of salmon around the line of bones, and/or will just fork out the bones once the fish is cooked

- Harvested by responsible, low-impact fishing methods and small-scale American fishing families
