Salmon Sisters honors returns for eligible items purchased directly from our Homer locations or website within 30 days of purchase.
- Please be sure all returned products are in like new condition (unworn and unlaundered)
- Markdowns, frozen and shelf stable (provisions) seafood, and products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return. Look for Final Sale items in the products description details.
- You can initiate a return through our easy, online Returns and Exchanges Center (enter the first 5 digits of your order number only). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If found defective, we offer a 365 day limited warranty on XtraTuf products. We will do our best to replace the same size and style, though it will depend on available stock.
- For international orders, we are not able to offer free shipping for exchanges. Your original order will be refunded, and you are welcome to place another order through our website.
- Due to ongoing supply chain issues and potential shipping delays, we may not be able to immediately fill exchanges. Our customer care team will work with each customer on a solution.
