Returns Policy
Salmon Sisters honors returns for eligible items purchased directly from our Homer locations or shipped from our webshop. 
  • Please be sure all returned products are in like new condition (unworn and unlaundered)
  • Markdowns, frozen and shelf stable (provisions) seafood, and products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return. Look for Final Sale items in the products description details.
  • You can initiate a return through our easy, online Returns and Exchanges Center (enter the first 5 digits of your order number only).  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • If found defective, we offer a 365 day limited warranty on Xtratuf products. We will do our best to replace the same size and style, though it will depend on available stock. 
Exchanges Policy

  • Please be sure all returned products are in like new condition (unworn and unlaundered)
  • Markdowns, frozen and shelf stable (provisions) seafood, and products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return. Look for Final Sale items in the products description details.
  • You can initiate a return through our easy, online Returns and Exchanges Center (enter the first 5 digits of your order number only). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we will ship your exchanged item back free of charge!
  • Due to ongoing supply chain issues and potential shipping delays, we may not be able to immediately fill exchanges. Our customer care team will work with each customer on a solution, but backorders will be the default option unless notified otherwise.
