Returns + Exchanges Policy

It's simple - please include any pertinent information with your return (such as name, order number, email address, preferred action) and ship to: Salmon Sisters, 4501 Ice Dock Road, Homer AK 99603. 

• We follow a 30-day return policy. Customers are allowed to return or exchange eligible items withing 30 days of receiving them. 
• Please be sure all returned products are in like new condition (unworn and unlaundered). If an item is returned dirty or damaged, Salmon Sisters will not be able to process a refund or exchange. 
• Markdowns, frozen and shelf stable (provisions) seafood, and products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Look for "Final Sale" items in the products description details.
• While not necessary, you can also initiate a return through our easy, online Returns and Exchanges Center (enter the first 5 digits of your order number only). 
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For domestic orders, Salmon Sisters will cover the cost of reshipment if an exchange is requested. Exchanges are processed once we receive original orders back to our warehouse in Homer, Alaska. 
• For international orders, we are not able to offer free shipping for exchanges. Your original order will be refunded, and you are welcome to place another order through our website.
