Salmon Recipes from the NYTimes
We were very much honored this week to be in the New York Times! Sam Sifton of the Cooking section did a write up on delicious salmon recipes, inspired by the article he read about Salmon Sisters in the Alaska Dispatch last week. This got us pretty pumped, (of course because it's fun to be noticed) but also because now we have this great collection of new recipes to try. Sometimes, as many of you have probably experienced, it's easy to get into a salmon rut. Maybe you've made baked it with Mr. Yoshida's ten too many times this month. Maybe your tastebuds have begun to associate salmon with the taste of lemon pepper. This article reminded us that salmon is the perfect vessel for so many fabulous, new, exciting tastes - so check out these recipes and put some spice back into your salmon-cooking life.
