How to Fillet a Wild Salmon

We made a little guide to filleting a fish. This guide is definitely not the only way to fillet, but it's the way we learned when we were kids and it has served us well over the years. We're going to make this design into tea towels so that people can send them to their far-off, land-locked relatives when they send home packs, or pull them out after long winters to refresh their rusty memory.
