Cheers to the last week of the year! It is the perfect time to reflect on all that 2025 was and perhaps was not, what you are grateful for in your life and what you wants to move towards (or away from) in the year ahead. All this reflecting takes energy! You will need fish pie to comfort and sustain you. You will need a peaceful spot to do these mental exercises, perhaps a candlelit sauna will do.
