If your order is delayed, we are very sorry and understand the frustration. USPS is facing unexpected, significant delays in the PNW due to higher order volume and short staffing. Sadly, around half of the orders we have shipped this month are delayed (thankfully not lost). You did everything right as the customer, placing this order with plenty of time before the holidays.
