Holiday Returns & Exchanges

To better serve our customers, we have extended our returns + exchanges policy for the holiday season! Purchases made between November 1–December 25, 2023 may be returned through January 25, 2024.

Order Processing Time

Orders for products shipping from our Homer, Alaska facility (which includes all items except our Wild Fish Boxes) are processed within 1-4 business days of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking once your order has shipped from our warehouse in Homer, Alaska.

Holiday shipping deadline:

Please note, shipping from Alaska to the Lower 48 can take longer than you might be used to. For delivery expected by December 24th, all orders should be placed by Sunday, December 17th.

Please email Customer Care (after ordering) if you would like to place a hold on your order for a later shipment date.

Wild Fish Box Order Processing Time

Each week, our frozen Wild Fish Boxes are automatically released to ship Tuesday with delivery expected by Friday, depending on the final destination. You will receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center in Portland, Oregon.  

Holiday shipping deadline:

For delivery expected by December 24th, Wild Fish Box orders should be placed by Sunday, December 17th.
