Holiday Order Processing Time

Gear + Provisions Processing Time

All orders for apparel, gear and provisions are processed within 2-5 business days of placing the order. Orders with backorder products will be held until everything can ship together, unless otherwise requested by customer. If you need expedited processing for your order, please email Customer Care and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

All Gear + Provisions orders with Free Shipping services must be placed by 4pm AKST on December 14 for a 24th delivery.


Wild Fish Box Shipping Holiday Schedule

The last day of FREE 2-day air frozen seafood shipments will be Wednesday, December 15. If a customer requires shipment the week of December 20 - 21, a $49.00 1-day/overnight upgrade fee will be required. 

Email Customer Care if you would like to request an exact ship date. Please use the below guidelines to estimate when to expect your order.

  • Beginning December 15 —All seafood shipments will be held until week of January 3. Requested shipments are now closed. Additional expedited shipping fees required for Mon. 12/20 shipments
  • Week of December 27 — 1-day/overnights will ship Monday and Tuesday 12/27 + 12/28.  All other seafood shipments held until week of January 3 unless specifically requested.
  • Week of January 3 — Frozen seafood shipments resume as normal

East Coast / States East of the Rocky Mountains

  • Cut off for same week delivery: Tuesday 8AM AKST
  • Expected delivery: 2-3 days after shipment (Wednesday - Friday)

West Coast / States West of the Rocky Mountains

  • Cut off for same week delivery: Tuesday 8AM AKST
  • Expected delivery: 1-2 days after shipment (Tuesday - Friday)

    Order Holding Policy

    If you would like to hold an order for a specific shipping date, immediately respond to your order confirmation email with the requested ship date. Please keep in mind that significant shipping delays are expected to continue through the holiday season and ordering as early as possible is encouraged.
