Holiday Ordering Deadlines + Returns Policy


Holiday Returns & Exchanges:

To better serve our customers, we have extended our returns + exchanges policy for the holiday season. Purchases made between November 1st–December 25th, 2025, may be returned through January 25, 2026. It's easy - please include any pertinent information with your return and ship to: Salmon Sisters, 4501 Ice Dock Road, Homer AK 99603. 

  • Please be sure all returned products are in like new condition (unworn and unlaundered)
  • Markdowns, frozen and shelf stable food, and products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Look for "Final Sale" items in the products description details. If your "Final Sale" item is returned, Salmon Sisters is unable to offer a refund. 
  • While not necessary, you can initiate a return through our easy, online Returns and Exchanges Center (enter the first 5 digits of your order number only). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • For international orders, we are not able to offer free shipping for exchanges. Your original order will be refunded, and you are welcome to place another order through our website. 

Holiday Shipping Deadline:

Please note, shipping from Alaska to the Lower 48 takes longer than expected, especially around the holidays. For delivery expected (not guaranteed) by December 24th, all orders should be placed by EOD Monday, December 15th. These dates are provided to us by the USPS. Salmon Sisters is not responsible if the order is fulfilled on time but arrives later than expected. 

Please email Customer Care (after ordering) if you would like to place a hold on your order for a later shipment date.

Non-Frozen Order Processing Time:

Non-frozen orders are processed within 1-4 business days of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking once your order has shipped from our warehouse in Homer, Alaska. Please note that processing times (Salmon Sisters responsibility) are different than the expected shipment days (USPS's responsibility). Salmon Sisters is not responsible if the order is fulfilled on time but arrives later than expected. 

Frozen Wild Fish Box Order Processing Time:

Our Frozen Wild Fish Boxes are now shipping directly from Salmon Sisters HQ in Homer, Alaska! Our team packs and creates shipping labels on Tuesdays. Boxes ship out Wednesday morning via FedEx's Standard Overnight service. Delivery to your house is expected on Thursday. You will receive a confirmation email with FedEx tracking once your label has been created (on Tuesday). Simply click the tracking link to view your shipping status.
