Our team packs orders each Tuesday. Boxes ship out Wednesday morning via FedEx's Standard Overnight service. Delivery to your house is expected on Thursday.
The wild smoked sockeye salmon inside was harvested responsibly by small-scale fishermen in our pristine local waters of Cook Inlet, Alaska and processed with care in Homer, Alaska by woman-owned Stickleback Fish Company. We are so proud to bring 100% traceable, delicious, healthy wild fish from our community to your table.
These vibrant, red-fleshed fish develop their fresh rich flavor swimming wild in the North Pacific Ocean and are also known as "red salmon" due to their firm rosy flesh.
Enjoy 10 pounds of delicious hand-filleted, flash-frozen vacuum-sealed smoked sockeye in perfect portions, shipped to your doorstep. Each box takes up a cubic foot of freezer space and makes around 35 delicious, healthy servings for your family.
