Sample delicious wild fish from Alaska, shipped straight to your door. Each box contains half Sockeye Salmon and half Pacific Halibut.
Sockeye Salmon : Rich and naturally lean, wild Alaska sockeye salmon is considered by many to be the finest and most flavorful salmon in the world. Its vibrant red color comes from swimming free and feeding in the cold, nutrient-rich waters of the North Pacific. Rich in omega-3s, protein, and essential vitamins, it's as nourishing as it is delicious—perfect for grilling, roasting, or pan-searing.
Pacific Halibut: The world’s premium whitefish. Its sweet delicate flavor, snow-white flesh, and firm, flaky texture have earned halibut the nickname ‘the steak of seafood’.
Both the salmon and halibut is wild-caught by Alaska commercial fishermen and brought directly to our women-owned business in Homer, where each fillet is carefully hand-processed and flash-frozen at peak freshness to preserve its exceptional flavor and quality.
From the fishing grounds to your table, every piece is 100% traceable, responsibly harvested, and handled with care by Alaska fishing families—bringing the exceptional taste of wild Alaska to your table.

Shipping
Each order is carefully packed by our small team in Homer, Alaska. Your seafood arrives in an insulated cooler inside a sturdy cardboard shipping box, packed with gel packs to keep it frozen and in premium condition throughout transit. Inside, you'll find your vacuum-sealed fish along with a packing slip and product information.
Orders are packed every Tuesday and ship Wednesday via FedEx Standard Overnight, with delivery to most addresses on Thursday. Packages are delivered directly to your door and do not require a signature.
Need your order to arrive on a different week? Contact our Customer Care team before your order ships, and we'll be happy to schedule a future ship date or place your order on hold.

Basic Cooking Guide
For the best flavor and texture, keep your fish frozen until the day before you plan to cook it. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator with the vaccum-pack slightly cut open. Short on time? Submerge the vacuum-sealed fillet in cold water for about 30 minutes until thawed or cook from frozen. For peak quality, cook within 24 hours of thawing.
Wild Alaska Salmon and Halibut cooks quickly. As a general guide, cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, then remove from the heat just before it's fully done—it will continue cooking as it rests. The center should still be slightly translucent and flake easily with a fork.
Our Halibut fillets this season are on the smaller-side, weighing around 2-4 oz each, perfect for individuals looking for an easy meal. Planning a feast for your family or a party? No worries! Just thaw extra fillets.
Delicious grilled over high heat, deep fried, baked in the oven at 350°F, or pan-seared in a hot skillet. Keep the seasoning simple with olive oil, flaky sea salt, dill, pepper, and a squeeze of fresh lemon, or finish with your favorite marinade or glaze.
