Salmon harvested by Southeast, Alaska purse seine fleet
Smoked and hand-packed by family-owned artisanal Wildfish Cannery in Klawock, Alaska.
Ingredients: Salmon, salt, sugar, spices, alderwood smoke.
Low in saturated fat, and an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, high quality protein, selenium, phosphorous and potassium.
Net weight 6 oz per can
Shelf stable. Keeps 4-5 years unopened. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within one week.
Sustainable Seafood Certifications: Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI), Responsible Fisheries Management (RFM)
